COCA THEATRE BEFORE YOU BUY Please make sure you've checked your booking details and read the following before completing your purchase: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where otherwise stated by COCA or required by applicable law. Tickets are valid only for the film, date, time, and seat stated on the ticket. Please have your ticket ready when entering the theatre. Tickets may not be duplicated or resold without COCA's approval. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled screening. Late entry may be restricted to avoid disrupting the screening. Recording or photography of films during screenings is strictly prohibited. Please keep your mobile phone on silent during screenings. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside COCA Theatre. Food and beverages consumed inside the theatre must be purchased from COCA. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas. Dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items are not permitted inside the venue. Guests are expected to respect COCA staff and other guests and follow reasonable instructions given by the COCA team. COCA reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave where they violate venue rules, disrupt the experience of others, or present a safety or security concern. Please bring valid identification where an age restriction or concession requirement applies.
